Very nice, family-run, apartment house. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and spaceous apartment.

Hotel is positioned on the top of the small hill...

the owners were very kind people, position of hotel allowed us to move easily around the peninsula, hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants and welcoming people that are constantly having smile on their faces! Coming back in 2011!

Very narrow bathroom, shower not separated from wc and sink.

The view was amazing. I liked the fact that our room had two wide doors with see view.

The furniture is old.

Hole in the wall in the bathroom, which is, by the way, so small that you can while sitting on the toilet, wash hands in the sink and take shower at the same time. As there is no shower cabin in the bathroom, the doors are rotten.

They are starting to disturb you from one hour before check out time.And they never stop until you check out.Hurry up, get out!!! Hotel at the top of the hill.You have to climb 100 meters! And you have to climb to the 5th floor.Because of reservation desk in there!

No proper bathroom, which was way, way to small without a shower cabin or bath tub, no living room or dining room - all we had was a plastic chairs and really small plastic table on the 3 feet wide terrace. Furniture is basic and really old (almost ancient) with similarly ancient model of micro-TV with no useful channels for foreigners. Stuff doesn't speaks only greek.

Great location, fantastic view, beautiful beaches. Owner and staff are very friendly. Exelent service. Apts are very spacious and clean. Great price!!!!!!!! We recomended highly.For sure we will go back again very soon .

Great view, large rooms and bath, close to the city and beach, close to good restaurants, excellent value/money.

It's on the top of a hill so be prepared for some workout. Some days it's noisy due to the clubs/beach bars in the area. A/c only in one room but works ok. No elevator. No parking but it's relatively easy to park your car around the hotel.

Excellent view, very large and comfortable rooms, great and friendly people in the hotel to help us. For sure we will come back soon!!!

The hotel is situated wery well, close to the beach and to the center of town, in a quiet area. The fact that it is located on a small hill is less important, because most of the roads have an inclination of 30-45 degrees. The accomodation conditions were reasonable according to the price we paid. Each 3-4 days the room was cleaned and the sheets and towels were changed. Air conditioning worked proper. Mr. Stavros and Mrs. Rania are very kind. A usefull information for turists who arrive in the evening or at night: GPS coordinates of the hotel are N40.092395 E23.788576 and the reception is at fifth floor. For us it was a very nice vacation and we will recommend Rania House to our friends.

The TV is very small and it has only greek programs. The internet works only occasionally (maybe the provider must be changed). The beach is long, beautifull, but dirty, full of cigarettes remains and garbidge. The city administration should coordinate the beach cleaning.

Close to the beach, very nice apartment.Also close to the center of Neos Marmaras but without the noise.The owners are very polite and forthcoming.

υπεροχοι ανθρωποι! μας έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση που με το που φτάσαμε μας περίμεναν με ένα μπουκάλι δροσερό νερό στο χέρι! το δωμάτιο ήταν στην ουσία διαμέρισμα: το κυρίως δωμάτιο, ένα ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και η κουζίνα σε διαφορετικό ξεχωριστό δωμάτιο με όλα τα κομφόρ! όσο για την καθαριότητα δεν έχω λόγια! τα πάντα πεντακάθαρα απο τα σεντόνια μέχρι τις πλαστικές καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι!η τοποθεσία? καλύτερη δε θα μπορούσε να είναι....αν περπατήσεις απο τα αρίστερα πηγαίνεις στην παραλία για μπάνιο, αν περπατήσεις απο τα δεξία βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο του χωριού! η αγαπημένη μου όμως στιγμή ήταν όταν το απογευματάκι έπινα τον καφέ μου στο μπαλκόνι και απολάμβανα την απίστευτη θέα προς τη θάλασσα την ώρα που ο ήλιος βασίλευε χωρίς να υπάρχει κανένα κτίριο ή οτιδήποτε άλλο που να μου κόβει τη θέα....λυπάμαι που δεν μπόρεσα να μείνω παραπάνω!σίγουρα όμως του χρόνου θα φροντίσω να πάω για περισσότερες μέρες!σχέση τιμής με ποιότητα? απολύτως άριστη!!!!!

δεν υπηρχαν πετσετες σωματος - τα πατζουρια εντελως χαλασμενα- τεταρτος οροφος χωρις ασανσερ-τα μπαλκονια παρα πολυ επικινδυνα διοτι τα καγκελα ηταν πολυ χαμηλα και οπως ηταν και τα μπαλκονια στενα νομιζες οτι θα βρεθεις στο κενο.πραγματικα πολυ επικινδυνα για παιδια αλλα και για μεγαλους. ολο το οικημα πολυ παλιο 40 ετων σιγουρα χωρις ανακαινηση.δυσκολο παρκιν σε στενα δρομακια με μεγαλη ανηφορα.

Lägenhenten var stor och fin utsikt.

Hela stan låg uppe på en kulle, 73 trappsteg upp låg vårt rum... Denna stad är INTE lämplig för äldre människor eller människor med funktionshinder, då det överallt bara var branta backar och trappor. Det bör även framkomma på internet sidan, vilket det inte gör.
